We had to remove two office areas.
This is the other one

A large water damage area.
First we patched and painted the ceiling
and pillars.

See how bad it was. We also removed
all of the slats on the walls.
We covered the entire floor so we
could spray the ceilings.

Office removed, ceiling/walls done.
Second office removed, ceiling/walls done.

Small area with termite damage.
We repaired the damage.

We had minor drywall repair.
Which is no problem.

The storage area had bare studs.
Two of the walls were exterior block walls.

So we hung drywall.
Finished the drywall.

Painted the entire room.
And now its a finished room.

The marble under the front windows was in
bad shape.
We got it looking pretty good.

We removed the letters background . .
color from the front windows.
